Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment seeks an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer to support a mature 365 tenant for 26,000 users. You will focus on licensing, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Copilot, and Power Platform while ensuring security and governance across the enterprise.

You will engineer platform enhancements, develop automation with PowerShell, and partner with IT Ops and Security to drive reliability and productivity.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience with large enterprise Microsoft 365 environments.
• Deep expertise in SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Experience with licensing, governance, and security controls for Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 including Entra ID and tenant configuration.
• Manage licensing strategy, entitlement governance, and cost optimization.
• Design and govern SharePoint Online and OneDrive sites, permissions, retention, and sharing.
• Engineer 365 platform enhancements that improve security, scalability, and reliability.
• Lead POC initiatives, technical testing, and production deployments.
• Develop architecture docs and standards for Microsoft 365 services.
