Job summary

Lockton is seeking a Senior M365 Engineer – Copilot & Power Platform Operations to manage the secure operation and governance of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and supporting Power Platform services. This role partners with Information Security and Compliance to enforce tenant settings, environments, and access controls.

The engineer provides senior-level Microsoft 365 support, reviews changes and advisories, and serves as an escalation point for Copilot, Power Platform, and tenant-level

Qualifications

• Experience configuring tenant-wide Copilot settings and access controls.
• Ability to scope Copilot availability via security groups and licensing.
• Experience with RBAC, Entra ID, and DLP considerations for corporate data.

Responsibilities

• Manage secure operation and governance of Copilot, Studio, and Power Platform.
• Administer environments, access controls, and data-loss-prevention policies.
• Serve as escalation point for Copilot and tenant-level issues.
