PNC seeks a Software Engineer Sr. to design, develop, and support enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions. You will work with SharePoint Online, SPFx, Power Platform, PowerShell, and JavaScript, delivering secure, scalable applications across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, preferably enterprise Microsoft 365.
• Strong experience with SharePoint Online including lists, libraries, permissions, pages, site structure, and solution support.
• Hands-on SPFx development using JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of Power Platform pipelines and environment promotion practices.
• Proficiency with PowerShell for Microsoft 365/SharePoint automation.
• Experience with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, JSON, HTML, CSS, and modern web development.
• Version control with Git and collaborative development practices.
• Understanding of security, governance, performance, and support for Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support Microsoft 365 solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Platform, SPFx, PowerShell, and JavaScript.
• Build and maintain SharePoint customizations, web parts, extensions, forms, workflows, and integrations.
• Develop modern client-side solutions using SPFx, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph.
• Create and enhance Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and other Power Platform components.
• Implement and support Power Platform pipelines across development, test, and production environments.
• Use PowerShell and related tooling to automate administration, deployment, reporting, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, QA, security, and operations teams.
• Follow secure coding, ALM, governance, and release management practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Document solution designs, configuration details, deployment steps, and operational procedures.
