Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Productivity Ecosystem Engineer to lead Microsoft 365 platform engineering, governance, and lifecycle management. You will drive service delivery for Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online, partnering with security, architecture, and infrastructure teams to execute the platform roadmap.

Responsibilities include ensuring platform stability, operational excellence, and coordinating cross-team efforts with managed service providers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 services in an enterprise environment.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 collaboration architecture, governance, permissions, and lifecycle management.
Experience leading enterprise-scale remediation, optimization, migration, or modernization initiatives.
Experience managing service health, operational support processes, and incident response.
Experience with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, automation, and process improvement.
Understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, information governance, and data management capabilities.
Experience working across technical teams, business stakeholders, and service providers.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate engineering and operational activities supporting Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online.
Partner with Product Owners, Enterprise Architects, Security, and Infrastructure teams to implement platform strategy and roadmap.
Provide technical leadership across the Microsoft 365 productivity ecosystem.
Drive platform stability, reliability, scalability, and operational excellence across services.
Coordinate evaluation and adoption of new platform capabilities and enhancements.
Monitor platform health, utilization, and risks to drive continuous improvement.
