Job summary
Sony Music Publishing in Nashville, TN is seeking a Microsoft 365 Engineer to design, implement, and operate the Microsoft 365 platform across the enterprise. You will manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure AD, Defender, Purview, and Copilot, while driving governance, security, and adoption.
Additionally, you will lead automation efforts using PowerShell, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Graph, partner with security and IT teams, and contribute to architecture and project
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 tenants.
- Experience implementing security and compliance controls within Microsoft 365.
- Experience with hybrid identity and authentication technologies.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
Responsibilities
- Microsoft 365 Platform Administration: manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Azure AD, Groups, Apps, Copilot.
- Collaboration & Productivity Solutions: configure Teams telephony and SharePoint architecture.
- Security & Compliance: implement Defender, CA policies, MFA, DLP, retention, labels, information protection.
- Copilot & AI Enablement: support deployment and governance of AI-enabled services.
- Automation & Process Improvement: develop automation with PowerShell, Power Automate, Power Apps, Graph.
- Architecture & Project Delivery: lead migrations, upgrades, and design docs.
- Operational Support: Tier 3 escalation, on-call, knowledge base updates.
