Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a Senior O365 Engineer to design, administer, and support Microsoft 365 services globally. The role covers Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Groups with emphasis on identity security, SSO, and workload governance.

The engineer will implement conditional access, manage Privileged Identity Management, and automate tasks with PowerShell while collaborating with security, infrastructure and business teams to ensure a secure, highly available

Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Groups.
• Experience configuring SSO, app registrations, and enterprise integrations in Entra ID/Azure AD.
• Design and implement conditional access policies and manage Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
• Apply data governance, security, and compliance controls using Purview (classification, DLP, retention).
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate provisioning, administration, and reporting across Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Administer, support, and maintain Microsoft 365 services across the platform (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Groups).
• Configure and manage SSO, app registrations, and enterprise app integrations in Entra ID/Azure AD.
• Design, implement, and maintain conditional access policies for identity security.
• Administer Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and conduct privileged-access reviews.
• Apply governance and compliance controls with Microsoft Purview (DLP, retention).
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate provisioning and reporting.
• Support Copilot deployment, governance, licensing, and adoption.
