Job summary

Tech Magnetics seeks an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer to lead administration, engineering, security, and governance of the Microsoft 365 platform. You will manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Copilot, and Entra ID to ensure reliability and compliance.

You will mentor junior staff, provide Tier 3 support, and participate in 24/7 on-call coverage while evaluating roadmap features for platform enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with 8+ years of Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, and PowerShell.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph, Azure AD, and enterprise security best practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage identity and access using SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, PIM, and Identity Governance.

• Evaluate Microsoft 365 roadmap features and lead platform enhancements.
• Collaborate with business teams to deliver scalable Microsoft 365 solutions.
