Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a Senior O365 Engineer to design, administer, and support Microsoft 365 across the enterprise, ensuring secure access, data governance, and high availability. The role requires hands-on experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Groups, plus Entra ID, PIM, Purview, and scripting to automate tasks.

The position collaborates with security, infrastructure, and business teams to align configurations with needs and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 services across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams and Groups.
• Hands-on with Entra ID (Azure AD) for SSO, app registrations and enterprise integrations.
• Experience configuring conditional access, PIM roles, and identity controls.
• Familiarity with Purview governance, including data classification, DLP, and retention.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting to automate provisioning, administration and reporting.
• Experience with Copilot deployment governance, licensing, and adoption.
• Certifications such as MS-102 and SC-300 are preferred; additional MS/SC/AZ certs are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Administer, support, and maintain Microsoft 365 services across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Groups.
• Configure and manage SSO apps, registrations, and enterprise integration in Entra ID.
• Design, implement, and maintain conditional access policies to secure identity and access.
• Administer Privileged Identity Management (PIM) including just-in-time activation and reviews.
• Apply data governance and compliance controls using Purview, including DLP and retention policies.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate provisioning and reporting.
• Administer SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams including site collections, permissions, and governance.
• Support Exchange Online configuration, mail flow, connectors, and messaging policies.
• Manage Microsoft 365 Groups and identity lifecycle, provisioning and access reviews.
• Monitor service health and optimize performance across Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and business teams on configurations and compliance.
• Support Copilot deployment, licensing, and data-access readiness.
