Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet seeks a Senior O365 Engineer to design, administer, and support Microsoft 365 across our enterprise from Florham Park, NJ. You will implement identity, security, and collaboration solutions including SSO, Entra ID, PIM, Purview, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Copilot.

You’ll automate with PowerShell and optimize performance with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include configuring access controls, governance, and lifecycle management for Microsoft 365 workloads, plus

Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 services across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Groups.
• Hands-on with SSO apps, app registrations, and enterprise integration in Entra ID/Azure AD.
• Experience designing and enforcing conditional access, PIM, and data governance controls.
• Proficient with PowerShell to automate provisioning, reporting, and admin tasks across Microsoft 365.
• Strong collaboration with security, infrastructure, and business teams to align configurations.

Responsibilities

• Administer, support, and maintain Microsoft 365 services across the platform (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Groups).
• Configure and manage SSO, app registrations, and enterprise app integrations in Entra ID.
• Design, implement, and maintain conditional access policies and PIM workflows.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting.
• Manage governance and data protection using Microsoft Purview (DLP, retention).
• Support Copilot deployment, licensing, and security readiness.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and business teams to meet end-user needs.
