Job summary

DMI is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Cloud Specialist to lead ABMC's M365/Azure tenancy, delivering incident support and proactive governance across Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and Defender.

Requirements include 7+ years of M365 administration, current MS/Azure security or identity certifications, and the ability to work within federal civilian or similarly regulated environments in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 8+ years of M365/Azure admin experience.
• Must hold current Microsoft 365/Azure admin and security/identity certifications.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the ABMC Microsoft 365 tenant incl Entra ID, CA, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive.
• Respond to directives from DHS/CISA and remediate gaps while documenting exceptions and remediation steps.
• Monitor Defender and Sentinel for incident triage and SLA-aligned actions.
• Drive Purview records management with retention rules, labels, and coverage expansion.
• Develop and maintain configuration docs, architecture reviews, health checks, and change records.
• Support Copilot governance activations and license compliance within ABMC tenant.
• Train Records Manager on Purview advanced features and transfer knowledge.
• Ensure Section 508 compliance for all deliverables and configurations.
