Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a Senior O365 Engineer to design, administer, and optimize Microsoft 365 services across the enterprise. You will manage Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Groups, while implementing SSO, conditional access, PIM, and data governance using Purview.

You will collaborate with security, infrastructure, and business teams to maintain secure, well-governed, highly available Microsoft 365 environments and drive adoption of new tools such as Copilot.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams).
• Experience configuring SSO apps, app registrations, and enterprise integrations in Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience with conditional access policies and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
• Knowledge of data governance, DLP, and retention policies with Microsoft Purview.

Responsibilities

• Administer, support, and maintain Microsoft 365 services across the platform.
• Configure and manage SSO applications, registrations, and enterprise integrations in Entra ID.
• Design, implement, and maintain conditional access policies for secure identity and access controls.
• Administer Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and perform access reviews.
• Monitor service health and optimize performance across Microsoft 365 workloads.
