Job summary

Schneller LLC in the United States seeks an experienced Microsoft 365 & AI Solutions Administrator/Engineer to manage, secure, and optimize our Microsoft cloud environment while supporting responsible adoption of AI and automation.

This role administers Microsoft 365 technologies and partners with business teams to improve security, collaboration, productivity, and processes using Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Platform, and related technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT with hands-on Microsoft 365 administration.
• Strong Entra ID, MFA, conditional access, RBAC, identity governance, and cloud security.
• Experience deploying Windows servers in Azure and managing Exchange Online/SharePoint/Teams.
• Familiarity with Defender, Purview, DLP, auditing, and information protection.
• Experience with Copilot, Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT Enterprise, Copilot Studio, Power Platform AI.
• PowerShell administration and automation.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication.
• Translate business requirements into secure technical solutions.
• Must meet U.S. export-control requirements (ITAR/EAR).

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, licensing, and access controls.
• Manage identity security: MFA, conditional access, and RBAC.
• Maintain email security, mail flow, retention, and permissions.
• Govern SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive collaboration and external sharing.
• Manage Intune endpoint policies, deployment, and device compliance.
• Monitor service health, security alerts, and tenant configurations.
• Support Defender, Purview, DLP, retention, and information protection initiatives.
• Support AI adoption: Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Power Automate/Apps.
• Identify AI/automation opportunities to boost productivity.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows, knowledge assistants, and chatbots.
• Establish governance standards and training for Microsoft & AI tech.
• Provide advanced technical support and escalations for 365/Azure/AI issues.
• Participate in migrations, integrations, and automation projects.
