Job summary

WillScot is seeking a senior Microsoft cloud engineer to design, deploy, and optimize Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and CoPilot. You will manage Entra ID, conditional access, and MFA while implementing RBAC and identity governance.

The role emphasizes automation through PowerShell and native cloud tools, resolving complex Azure/M365 issues, and providing Tier 3 escalation support. This is an in-office role with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

College degree required.
5+ years of Microsoft cloud engineering/architecture experience.
Strong automation scripting and configuration management.
Minimum 3 years experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external systems.
Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, CoPilot.
Administer Microsoft Entra ID, conditional access, MFA.
Implement RBAC and identity governance.
Develop PowerShell scripts and use native cloud tools for automation.
Resolve complex Azure/Microsoft 365 issues and provide Tier 3 escalation support.
