Job summary

FormFactor Inc. is seeking an experienced engineer to lead troubleshooting and repair of complex probe cards and sub-assemblies.

You will support Manufacturing Engineering by identifying improvement opportunities, training technicians, and driving new tooling introductions and metrology enhancements. Responsibilities include supporting first article probe cards, coordinating NPIs, and managing equipment upgrades to meet throughput goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
• 5 years of progressive experience as Field Service/Application Engineer, Quality Control Engineer, or related occupation is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting and repair of complex probe cards and sub-assemblies.
• Support Manufacturing Engineering activities and lead process improvement opportunities.
• Coach and train technicians; lead operator training and certification across shifts.
• Participate in tests to improve production processes or develop new products.
• Support equipment upgrades and tooling introductions; ensure metrology accuracy.
