Job summary

You will lead cross-functional teams across wafer-level fabrication, MEMS, assembly, interconnect, and electrical test to improve yield, manufacturability, and scalability. Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of related experience or 8+ years with a Master’s, or 5 years with a PhD.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end process integration for high-volume semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration across sites.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and continuously improve end-to-end process integration for probe card manufacturing.
• Lead integration-level yield improvement using data-driven analysis and DOEs.
• Drive NPI readiness, technology transfer, and change-control discipline.
