Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to support the operation and maintenance of building systems at a client facility. You will lead a shift, guide fellow technicians and Automation Engineer partners, and provide expert-level support for MHE-related issues.

In this role you will repair and optimize MHE and robotic systems, manage preventative maintenance, and ensure safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor's in Electronic Technology or equivalent is preferred.
• 4+ years of experience with automated conveyors and controls.
• Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and improve functionality of MHE and robotic systems.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components.
• Lead and mentor work plans for emergency repairs and training.
• Create and close work orders in CMMS.
• Foster positive relationships with client and operations teams.
• Promote a safe work environment by following procedures.
