Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and operation of building systems at a client facility. You will lead a shift, guide technicians, and optimize preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability, including conveyors, sortation systems, scanners, cameras, print/apply systems, and SCADA devices.

You will provide expert-level support for MHE systems and mentor teams while ensuring safety and strong client relationships on site.

Qualifications

• 4+ years with automated conveyors and controls.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with MHE safety standards per OEM and Safety standards.
• Knowledge of NEC and industrial electronics.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with PLC programs.
• 3+ years of work order management.
• Ability to use statistical equipment to run metrics like OEE/Uptime.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and improve functionality of MHE and robotic systems.
• Lead and audit preventive maintenance procedures.
• Install and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components.
• Lead and mentor work plans for emergency repairs and training.
• Create and close work orders in CMMS.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations teams to ensure reliability.
• Promote a safe working environment by following procedures.
