Job summary

CBRE is seeking a skilled Sr. Maintenance Technician III to maintain and operate building systems in a client facility. You will lead a shift, guide fellow technicians, and support MHE systems, conveyors, and SCADA devices to maximize reliability and performance.

You will implement preventive maintenance, mentor staff, and build CMMS work orders while ensuring safety and reliability for critical assets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4 years' experience with automated conveyors and controls.
• Proficient in computers and MS Office.
• Experience with MHE safety standards (OEM/Safety).
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic principles and NEC.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with PLC programs.
• 3 years of work order management.
• Ability to use statistics equipment to run metrics (OEE/Up Time).
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and improve MHE and robotic systems.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, sensors.
• Lead and mentor work plans and training for technicians.
• Build and close CMMS work orders.
• Collaborate with client and Operations Maintenance teams.
• Promote a safe working environment by following procedures.
