Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to support a large client facility in Missouri. You will lead a shift, mentor technicians, and ensure reliable operation of conveyors, MHE, and automation systems.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, CMMS work order management, and safety compliance. Strong PLC, electrical knowledge, and blueprints skills are required. Upward mobility opportunities exist within CBRE after six months of service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years in automated conveyors/controls.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain MHE and robotic systems.
• Lead and audit preventive maintenance procedures.
• Manage and close work orders in CMMS.
• Mentor technicians and support partners.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed.
