Job summary

Vertafore seeks a hands-on product leader to own the MGA portfolio across AIM, Surefyre, MGA Systems, and NetRate. The role drives AI agent adoption across product, services, support, and development, influencing pricing and go-to-market strategy.

You will partner with sales and marketing to position MGA solutions, maintain a backlog, and lead a connected, high-performing team across multiple functions in a fast-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Seasoned product leader with MGA or enterprise software experience.
• Experience bringing AI agents into product roadmaps.
• Proven ability to own strategy, roadmap, and backlog.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for the MGA portfolio (AIM, Surefyre, MGA Systems, NetRate).
• Lead AI agent rollout across product, services, support and development teams.
• Manage full product lifecycle from strategy to execution with customer-driven capabilities.
