Job summary

Vertafore is seeking a hands-on product leader to guide product management across our MGA solutions (AIM, Surefyre, MGA Systems, NetRate) and drive the rollout of AI agents across teams. You will shape strategy, maintain a strong backlog, and collaborate with engineering to deliver value in a fast‑growing market.

You will own the MGA product strategy, partner with cross‑functional teams, and lead training, sales enablement, and process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of leadership experience, including building and managing teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to get into the details.
Experience delivering customer-driven products and scalable AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy and roadmaps across the MGA portfolio (AIM, Surefyre, MGA Systems, NetRate).
Bring AI agents into the MGA roadmap and collaborate with agent platform teams.
Manage full product lifecycle from strategy to execution with customer-driven capabilities.
Identify market opportunities via research, visits, and field feedback.
Maintain a prioritized backlog and align teams to the roadmap.
Partner with sales, marketing, and GTM to launch MGA solutions, including pricing input.
