• Serve as strategic advisor on MGA workflows, underwriting, distribution models, and delegated authority operations.
• Facilitate executive-level discussions to align objectives with solution capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solution recommendations and implementation strategies.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to delivery standards and playbooks.
