Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across media buying, strategy, copy testing, and reporting. This hands-on role requires leading client conversations, optimizing Meta campaigns, and crafting direct-response messages.

You will develop testing plans, diagnose funnel bottlenecks, and collaborate with copywriters and video editors to drive qualified appointments. Remote-friendly, with strong performance incentives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels and basic marketing automation.
• Excellent communication, organization, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Proactively identify and address account risks and opportunities.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Manage budgets, audiences, bid strategies, account structure, and creative testing.
• Write direct-response ad copy and video sales letter scripts for financial services audiences.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Pixel events, Calendly integrations, and lead-routing workflows.
