Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while aiding retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills for ads and video scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send performance reports 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and identify where changes improve results.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and conversion events; manage Calendly/Zapier integrations.
