Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, strategy, messaging, and creative testing. You will manage a portfolio end-to-end, lead client conversations, and optimize funnels for qualified appointments with high-net-worth prospects.

You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and balance media buying, copywriting, and funnel performance with strong accountability and client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading strategy conversations.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills for ads and video scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls, cover performance, strategy, testing priorities and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports ahead of scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, pixels, and conversion events.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and develop testing strategies across audiences and offers.
• Write direct-response ad copy and video scripts for financial services audiences.
• Collaborate with editors, provide creative direction, and use AI tools judiciously.
