Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist / Paid Media Lead to own client performance across media buying, strategy, messaging, creative testing, and client communication.

You will manage a portfolio of accounts end-to-end, leading client conversations and delivering measurable growth. You’ll write direct-response copy and video scripts, develop testing strategies, and diagnose performance improvements across the funnel, reporting to the Associate Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with significant Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills for ads and video scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls and prepare performance reports.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Develop testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, and variables.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, pixels, and conversion events.
