Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across media buying, strategy, messaging, and testing. You will lead client conversations, manage Meta campaigns, and collaborate with editors on video scripts and copy.

This role reports to the Associate Director of Operations and focuses on high-value financial services accounts. You will own the client portfolio end to end, driving optimization, testing, and reporting while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills for ads and scripts.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts end to end and lead client conversations.
• Lead bi-weekly calls covering performance, strategy and testing priorities.
• Prepare and send performance reports 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations and decisions.
• Build strong client relationships to support retention, renewals and referrals.
• Develop structured testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, and variables.
• Write direct-response ad copy and video scripts for financial services audiences.
• Set up tracking, pixels, Calendly integrations, Zapier workflows and troubleshooting.
