Job summary

Teledyne Advanced Electronic Solutions (TAES) in Lewisburg, TN, is seeking an MES Specialist to implement and optimize the Factory Logix MES, delivering real-time visibility, process control, and regulatory compliance on the shop floor. The role reports to the Director of Engineering at our Lewisburg facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, production, quality, or related technical discipline required.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including 7+ years deploying and optimizing MES (Factory Logix or similar).
• Experience with MES software modeling and customization (e.g., Siemens OpCenter/Designer).

Responsibilities

• Architect, model, and set up MES components for deployment with work instructions and process execution.
• Design data management strategies to connect MES with ERP, PLM, SCADA and other systems.
• Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and improve workflows for productivity.
• Provide technical support and training to operators and teams to maximize MES adoption.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and customer requirements in MES processes.
• Create and maintain documentation, protocols, and validation reports for MES.
