Leidos Defense Systems Electronics Manufacturing seeks a Lead MES Administrator to support our FactoryLogix environment and drive manufacturing process optimization. You will design, configure, and integrate FactoryLogix within ERP/PLM ecosystems, ensuring alignment with production goals.

You will mentor teams, troubleshoot complex issues, monitor system health, and develop documentation and user training. DoD clearance is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• BS degree in engineering or similar with 8–12 years of experience.
• MS degree with 6–10 years, or Associates with 10+ years considered.
• 2+ years of MES implementation experience focusing on FactoryLogix.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, PLM, MES, and IT systems integration.

Aufgaben

• Lead architecture and design of FactoryLogix solutions.
• Configure and customize FactoryLogix modules (routings, BOMs, work instructions).
• Integrate FactoryLogix with ERP/PLM using APIs and middleware.
• Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting.
• Create documentation and run training workshops.
• Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and engineering teams.
