We are seeking an MES Specialist to provide strategic leadership, drive excellence in product realization, and develop a technology roadmap that supports sustainable, profitable growth and drives operational continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Summary: The MES Specialist is responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing the Aegis Factory Logix Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to support Industry 4.0 manufacturing goals. The role bridges technology and operations, ensuring the MES delivers real‑time visibility, process control, and compliance across the shop floor. The role reports to the Director of Engineering and is based at our Lewisburg, Tennessee facility. The MES Specialist is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all activities, associated with Factory Logix implementation and roadmap development to achieve operational efficiencies along with product & process traceability. This position develops and executes strategies—including capital investments, policies, and procedures—that align with business objectives, enhance product quality, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings deep leadership experience, expert level knowledge of MES implementation using Factory Logix (or similar), strong business acumen, and the ability to guide cross functional teams through complex technical and organizational challenges. Sound judgment, creativity, and strategic thinking are essential for success in this role.
