Job summary

Worldwise Plastics LLC in Lewisburg, TN is seeking an MES & Equipment Integration Engineer. This full-time role will provide daily MES support, troubleshoot connectivity between production equipment, PLCs, and MES, and help launch new lines with robust data exchange and traceability.

Responsibilities include validating data, coordinating with Automation, Maintenance, and vendors, and supporting manufacturing system integration with SAP and other shop-floor systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years supporting manufacturing systems, MES implementation or operations.
• Understand core manufacturing processes: execution, consumption, reporting, traceability.
• Experience with equipment interfaces and data collection.
• Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and MES interactions.
• Proficiency with SQL queries and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily MES support, troubleshoot issues, and prioritize production-impacting problems.
• Configure and maintain data connections between equipment, PLCs, SCADA, and MES.
• Investigate incidents using logs, SQL, and monitoring tools; coordinate with teams for resolution.
• Associate process parameters, quality data, and traceability with serial numbers or batches.
• Support equipment integrations for new lines, launches, and plant projects.
• Coordinate MES configurations with SAP, AS/RS, or AGVs where needed.
