FNBO is seeking a Senior Advisor, Merchant Services to grow our merchant services business within the assigned geography. This market-facing role leads business development from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and signed agreement, tailoring payments solutions to each customer’s needs and complexity.

You will build a strong pipeline, manage relationships with bankers and centers of influence, coordinate with product, implementation and support teams, and travel as needed to meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years of successful sales experience.
• Ability to build and grow a diverse portfolio across businesses.
• Consultative, customer-focused approach with discovery, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven success managing multiple relationships and opportunities; CRM/tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong, qualified pipeline through referrals, centers of influence, and direct prospecting.
• Lead the sales process: identify, qualify, document opportunities, present proposals, negotiate terms, guide through agreement requirements.
• Collaborate across product, implementation, and support teams to optimize customer experience.
• Maintain pipeline visibility and accurate forecasting using Salesforce or similar tools.
