First National Bank (FNBO) seeks a Senior Advisor, Merchant Services to grow merchant services within assigned markets. This market-facing role drives business development from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and signed agreements to improve payment acceptance for clients.

The ideal candidate will manage opportunities across startups to corporate clients, using a consultative approach and strong relationship-building skills. Travel to client sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Five+ years of successful sales experience and Merchant Services knowledge.
• Consultative sales approach with strong discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a qualified pipeline through referrals, centers of influence, and prospecting.
• Lead end-to-end merchant services sales from discovery to signed agreement.
• Collaborate with bankers, product, and implementation teams to fulfill client needs.
