Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in Financial Services with strategy leadership preferred.
• Alternate pathway: High School Diploma/GED with 14+ years in Financial Services, including strategy leadership, acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes Merchant Services growth strategies, partnerships, and revenue initiatives.
• Leads product strategy, commercialization, and client experience programs across the portfolio.
• Directs cross-functional execution with Sales, Operations, Technology, Risk, Finance, and external partners.
• Establishes departmental objectives, coaches staff, and supports succession planning.
