Job summary

FNBO in Omaha is seeking a Senior Advisor, Merchant Services to grow our merchant services portfolio across assigned markets. You will lead business development from discovery to proposal, negotiate terms, and help clients optimize payment acceptance.

You will cultivate relationships with bankers, centers of influence, and community partners, manage a qualified pipeline, and mentor teams as needed while ensuring timely proposals and accurate CRM updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of successful sales experience in Merchant Services.
• Ability to travel for client meetings and community events.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong, qualified pipeline through referrals and direct prospecting.
• Lead the end-to-end sales process: identify, qualify, document opportunities, present proposals, negotiate terms, and guide through agreement requirements.
• Set clear expectations on timing, documentation, implementation dependencies, and next steps.
• Collaborate with product, implementation, support, and other teams to strengthen solutions for customers.
• Maintain accurate opportunity stages and pipeline data in the CRM.
