Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Merchandising and Customer Growth to lead North America merchandising strategy across Brand Expedia and Portfolio brands. You will own attach opportunities, influence app merchandising, and partner with Product, Analytics, and Marketing to drive customer value and growth.

The role requires 8+ years in B2C ecommerce, strong analytics, and proven cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in B2C ecommerce, digital merchandising, loyalty or brand marketing.
• Experience leading merchandising across North America and multiple brands.
• Experience with A/B testing frameworks and performance measurement.
• Strong project management and stakeholder influence.

Responsabilités

• Lead North America merchandising strategy across Brand Expedia and Portfolio brands.
• Drive merchandising attach strategy to increase cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Shape app merchandising strategy including surface prioritization and personalization opportunities.
• Build a test-and-learn engine with Product and Analytics for web and app merchandising.
• Lead merchandising execution across Marketing, Product, Supply, Legal, and Finance.
• Measure performance, incrementality, and engagement; optimize campaigns and merchandising.
