Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Merchandising and Customer Growth in Dallas/Austin/Seattle areas to lead NA merchandising across Brand Expedia and Portfolio brands. You will shape attach strategies, drive app merchandising, and build a rigorous test-and-learn engine with cross-functional partners.

You will own the merchandising roadmap, coordinate with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Supply, and prioritize opportunities to maximize customer growth and business value.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• MBA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead North America merchandising strategy across Brand Expedia and Portfolio brands.
• Define and execute attach, cross-sell, upsell strategies across the traveler journey.
• Shape app merchandising strategy for experiences and coordination with Marketing, Product, Design, and Engineering.
• Build a test-and-learn engine with Product and Analytics for experimentation cadence across web and app touchpoints.
• Coordinate timely delivery of merchandising initiatives across Marketing, Product, Supply, Legal, and Finance.
• Analyze performance, incrementality, engagement, conversion and attach results; drive optimizations.
• Provide cross-functional alignment and clear communication to senior stakeholders about priorities and risks.
• Monitor travel category trends and competitive experiences to identify growth opportunities.
