Job summary

Expedia Group, a global travel company, is seeking a Senior Manager, Merchandising and Customer Growth to lead NA merchandising across Brand Expedia and Portfolio brands in Austin. You will shape strategy, drive attach opportunities, and oversee app merchandising initiatives with cross‑functional partners.

You will build a test‑and‑learn cadence, measure performance across web and app, align stakeholders, and translate data into scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years in B2C ecommerce, digital merchandising, loyalty or brand marketing.
• Experience leading merchandising across North America, multiple brands or customer segments.
• Experience developing attach, cross-sell, upsell strategies.
• Experience building app merchandising strategies with Product/Analytics teams.
• Experience with A/B testing frameworks and performance measurement.
• Strong project or program management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead NA merchandising strategy across Brand Expedia and Portfolio brands.
• Define and execute attach, cross-sell, upsell strategies.
• Shape app merchandising strategy with cross‑functional partners.
• Build a test-and-learn cadence for web and app touchpoints.
• Coordinate timely delivery of merchandising initiatives and promotions.
• Analyze performance, incrementality, engagement, and attach results.
• Maintain alignment of priorities and risks with senior stakeholders.
• Monitor travel category trends to identify growth opportunities.
