Coursera Inc. is seeking a Senior Merchandising Manager to establish and evolve merchandising as a growth function across the combined Coursera + Udemy platform. You will partner with diverse teams to develop strategies and scalable practices that maximize learner engagement and revenue.

You will run experiments, analyze performance data, and drive cross‑sell opportunities across the portfolio, shaping how millions of learners discover content and progress in their learning journeys.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in digital merchandising, e-commerce, or marketplace strategy.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Analytics, and Data Science.
• Strong analytics and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsabilidades

• Lead merchandising initiatives across consumer surfaces including homepage, navigation, browse, search, and course pages.
• Collaborate with Category Managers on launches, campaigns, and priority initiatives through merchandising and content placement.
• Work with Product and Engineering to define and enhance merchandising capabilities and tools.
• Design, execute, and analyze merchandising experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize outcomes.
• Analyze learner behavior, journeys, and marketplace trends to identify opportunities for discovery, conversion, and expansion.
• Develop frameworks balancing learner needs, commercial priorities, and algorithmic recommendations.
