Quince is seeking a senior Merchandising leader based in San Francisco to own the Men’s Active and Lounge assortment. You will drive product selection, pricing, and go-to-market strategies to fuel growth and profit.

You will partner with production development, sourcing, and marketing to optimize assortment and ensure exceptional customer experience. We value data-driven decisions, scale, and a bias for rapid improvement.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of retail merchandising experience in Men’s apparel, preferably luxury.

Responsibilities

• Scale the Men’s Active and Lounge assortment and refine it for growth.
• Identify expansion opportunities across Men’s Active and Lounge to drive long-term success.
• Collaborate with production development, sourcing, and design to improve products.
• Coordinate with planning, site merchandising and marketing to grow the business.
• Maintain obsession with product quality and pricing to deliver value to customers.
• Drive sales, improve margins, and optimize customer ratings/returns.
