Quince in San Francisco seeks a Senior Manager, Merch – Home Decorating to own and grow the Home Decor assortment, drive revenue and margins, and lead cross-functional teams across sourcing, marketing, and product.

Qualifications

• Role is based in San Francisco, CA with 3 days in office.
• 10–12 years of retail merchandising experience in home decor (luxury preferred).
• E-commerce and/or DTC experience preferred.
• Proven track record of progression and managing direct reports.
• Experience leveraging data tools to inform assortment and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the Home Decorating assortment strategy and ensure premium quality at accessible prices.
• Launch and expand new product types within year one (faux florals, seasonal decor, etc.).
• Use data and customer insights to optimize assortment, revenue, margins and inventory health.
• Identify whitespace and refine the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with sourcing to develop new products with performance and sustainability in mind.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure compelling product launches and storytelling.
