• E-commerce and/or DTC experience preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Home Decorating assortment strategy, ensuring high quality at accessible prices.
• Launch and expand new product types in year one (floral, seasonal decor, mirrors, etc.).
• Leverage data and customer insights to optimize assortment, revenue, and margins.
• Collaborate with sourcing, marketing, and site teams to drive compelling launches.
