Qualifications

• 5–10 years of retail merchandising experience in Women’s Intimates, ideally with luxury expertise.
• E-commerce and/or DTC experience preferred.
• Proven track record of growth and progression in roles.
• Data-driven, customer-focused merchandising with strong execution.

Responsibilities

• Scale Women’s Intimates and Swim assortment for growth.
• Identify expansion opportunities for long-term growth.
• Collaborate with production development, sourcing, and design.
• Partner with planning, site merchandising and marketing.
• Obssess about product quality, price, and customer experience.
• Drive sales targets, ratings/returns, and margins.
