Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Merchandise Manager for our Tulsa store to drive merchandising and operational execution. The role includes truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and maintaining visual standards to ensure accurate pricing and timely promotions, while keeping a customer-ready store environment.

With 3+ years of retail leadership, you will lead SOP adherence, provide MOD coverage, and manage stock flow, pricing, and in-store promotions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Strong merchandising and visual standards knowledge.
• Experience with inventory routines and planogram execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOPs and company programs compliance.
• Ensure execution of policies and store conditions.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Plan workload and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to improve in-stock levels.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, organized, customer-ready store environment.
• Manage inventory control and stock movement effectively.
• Execute ad sets and accurate pricing changes.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Manage shrink reduction and asset protection practices.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
