Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in enforcing SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure store conditions meet standards and drive results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting and merchandising flow.
• Own workload planning and prioritize daily tasks with store leadership.
• Drive Store-In-Stock Optimization and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain customer-ready store environment and backroom organization.
• Manage inventory controls, shrink reduction, and signage compliance.
• Execute price changes accurately and ensure pricing integrity.
