Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Lead SOP adherence and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Provide MOD coverage, sustaining floor leadership, service standards, and operational continuity.
• Oversee truck execution, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor to meet schedule.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization, aligning staffing to business needs.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards as per company expectations.
• Support a clean, organized store environment and backroom organization for efficient operations.
