Blue Yonder, a leader in AI-driven supply chain solutions, seeks a Solution Architect for Merchandise Management/Retail. The role interfaces with clients and internal teams to design tailored solutions, document functions, and align with data requirements across the supply chain suite.

You will lead functional discussions, guide solution design, and ensure delivery excellence across modules like replenishment, WMS, TMS, CatMan, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required
• 7+ years of implementing Merch Ops solutions or similar
• In-depth knowledge of merchandising software data models is required
• Knowledge of Supply Chain processes in Merchandising apps
• Experience integrating data across numerous SCM and Merch apps
• Strong IT skills: OS, client/server, ERP, data integration and cloud
• SQL Plus skills to drill into Merchandise Ops data
• Basic knowledge of Customer Support in SCM/3PL

Responsibilities

• Lead functional discussions related to Merchandise Operations across teams
• Provide oversight to mitigate escalations from Tier 1/2 customers
• Interact with customers to understand processes, integrations, and native workflows
• Ensure high CSAT by delivering reliable service and timely issue resolution
• Act as reference for end-to-end enterprise solution knowledge across modules
• Guide Root Cause Analysis and contribute to global process improvements
• Support project teams with requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and training
• Communicate project functional requirements and estimates with stakeholders
• Assist in refining functional requirements from business needs
