Job summary

Blue Yonder is seeking a Technical Architect for Merch Ops to design and deliver data solutions across the supply chain suite. Located in Dallas, TX or remote, you will collaborate with business and tech stakeholders to meet client needs and drive value through robust architecture and integration strategies.

You will guide data import/export, ensure design quality, and lead technical discussions across Merch Ops, PMM, WMS, TMS and CatMan, while maintaining strong customer relationships and CSAT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or other relevant discipline.
• 5+ years of experience implementing, designing, or delivering Merch Ops/PMM solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of merchandising software solutions and technical architectures.
• Coding in PL/SQL, Oracle, Linux scripting, API/JSON/Flat File integrations, batch scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical lead for Merch Ops integrations and overall architecture decisions.
• Provide oversight to manage escalations from customers, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Engage with customers to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Lead end-to-end data flow and integration discussions across multiple Blue Yonder apps (PMM, Merch Ops, SCPO, WMS, TMS, CatMan).
• Contribute to global process improvements and organizational initiatives.
