Job summary

Blue Yonder is seeking a Merch Ops Technical Architect to design and deliver data-rich architectures for retail operations. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to capture requirements, define integration approaches, and guide technical decisions across Merch Ops and related applications.

Role requires 5+ years in Merch Ops design/implementation, strong PL/SQL, Oracle, Linux scripting, and API/JSON skills, plus familiarity with React/Node.js.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years implementing/designing Merch Ops/PMM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of merchandising software and architectures.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle DB, Linux scripting, API/JSON and batch scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions aligned to client business needs and deliver technical architecture.
• Lead integration decisions across Merch Ops and other applications.
• Provide design and data flow documentation for deployments.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure CSAT and timely escalations.
• Guide root cause analysis and support incident resolution.
