Blue Yonder, a leader in AI-driven supply chain solutions, seeks a Solution Architect for Merchandise Management/Retail. The role interfaces with clients and internal teams to design tailored solutions, document functions, and align with data requirements across the supply chain suite.
You will lead functional discussions, guide solution design, and ensure delivery excellence across modules like replenishment, WMS, TMS, CatMan, and more.

The Merchandise Operations Solution Architect works across a broadly cross-functional, cross-solution team to design solutions matched with each client’s specific business needs and situation. This role engages with business and technical stakeholders, both client and internal, to understand requirements and deliver solutions that drive business value.
Works with other business and solution resources to communicate functional capabilities, industry best practices and business processes. Responsible for delivery of functional documentation. Works with Technical Architect(s) to understand & deliver data requirements to fulfill business needs. Ability to lead business process discussions and to communicate business process design decisions between Merchandise Operations and other Blue Yonder and 3rd party applications.
Annual salary for the position is $114,103.81 - $143,896.18 The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
